Rice and Pesto

Yeah I know another pesto thing from me, but this stuff rocks lol, and this one's really easy. In the UK we have Uncle Ben's rice. You boil it in a bag, so whatever the equivalent is where you are grab yourself a portion of that, and boil it up. Stir in a teaspoon of pesto and serve. Makes a great and filling meal with some bread and butter.

lol yep, sure is. great as a side dish as well as a main meal if your not a meat lover as i know you're not.
